If you’re a Tour & Travel Operator, please adhere to the following Travel Group and FIT Policy:
1. Application Process:
– All Tour Operators are required to apply in advance.
– After submitting your application request, please allow a 30-day processing period.
– Once your application is approved in writing, you will be eligible to make ticket requests through the group sales department.
2. Application Submission:
– If you wish to apply, please complete the group trip application request mentioned below.
– We will respond to your request via email with an application form tailored to your initial request.
– You are required to return the completed application form via mail along with any necessary attachments. This might include details such as your Tax ID number, IATA number, bank name, branch, and address.
3. Packaging and Pricing Transparency:
– Tour Companies must bundle Alcatraz tickets with additional services.
– It’s crucial to transparently disclose the face value of Alcatraz ticket prices.
– You must provide proof of your package offerings in the form of published marketing materials.
– Note that your proposed tour package is subject to approval.
4. Ticket Purchase Limits:
– The maximum number of tickets you can purchase is 300 per month, applicable year-round. This limit includes a combination of tickets for travel groups and FIT (Fully Independent Traveler) usage.
