Transforming Your Group's Experience into an Unforgettable Journey
Community groups, including scouts, bands, corporate team-building cohorts, church congregations, sports teams, and other structured assemblies, are welcome. For groups of 20 or more planning a visit to Alcatraz Island, advance permission is required.
Important guideline: Youth Groups must be accompanied by one adult leader (21 years or older) for every nine youngsters under 18.
Given that dates are often booked well in advance, we recommend submitting your request as early as possible. Please provide at least two alternative dates for your group’s visit. Be aware that date confirmation is only possible 90 days before your intended visit. Full payment is required 30 days before your departure date, or the reservation will be canceled.
To initiate your community group’s visit, please fill out the application request form and allow 30 days for review. Upon receipt of your initial request, a complete application form will be sent to you.
